Testwel Scientific Surveying Instruments Company (hereafter referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a legally registered entity. All transactions and engagements are subject to the laws governing our jurisdiction.

3. Products and Services

We specialize in manufacturing and supplying high-quality surveying and soil testing instruments.
All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
We ensure accuracy in our product details but do not guarantee that all specifications are error-free.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our website or communicated through official channels are subject to change without notice.
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
Full payment must be made before the dispatch of products unless agreed upon in writing.
The EMI facility is being offered by the respective banks to the customer and TSSCO has no role to play in the approval, extension, pricing, modification, pre-closure, closure or any matter incidental thereto pertaining to offering of the EMI facility, which is decided at the sole discretion of the bank.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation in case the stock is ready.
Shipping times vary based on location and stock availability but standard delivery time is 7-15 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Any incorrect information leading to failed delivery is the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
Refunds: Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
- Defective or damaged products upon arrival.
- Non-delivery beyond 30 days of the promised delivery date.
The refund Payout will be done within 7 working days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless due to our fault.

7. Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all products from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal usage conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage due to mishandling or accidents.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
Customers must provide proof of purchase to claim warranty services.

8. Returns and Replacement

Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If eligible, a replacement product will be shipped after verifying the return.
