Hand Sieving of large number of samples is tidious and inaccurate.

Modified Sieve shaker with timer facility is light weight compact unit which can be used either in the laboratory or field.

This design imparts a circular gyroscopic motion to the material being sieved so that it makes a slow progression over the surface of the sieve. At the same time the vertical tapping action aggitates the sample which enables in clearing the aperture. A time switch is incorporated to get tests of varying duration.

The Sieve Shaker can carry up to eight 200 mm/8 inches diameter Sieves, Lid and Receiver. It is driven by 1/4 HP geared motor. The Sieve table is inclined from the vertical axis and the direction of inclination changes progressively in the clock wise direction.
